S500 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Guidelines
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the s500 platform. By registering or using any of the services offered, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein. Please read this carefully before engaging in any activity on the platform.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the s500 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the s500 platform.
The s500 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority under the laws applicable in your country or region. s500 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend any account that fails to meet this requirement.
By using this platform, you also confirm that betting and online gaming activities are legal in your location. It is solely the user's responsibility to comply with applicable local laws.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the s500 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. s500 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to verify account details. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
S500 users agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to: the use of automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform; attempts to hack or breach any system; the spreading of false or misleading information; and any form of fraud or misuse of bonuses and promotions.
Users are also prohibited from using the s500 platform for any unlawful purposes, including money laundering, identity fraud, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. s500 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
All bets and game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. Any disputes regarding game results must be raised with the support team within 48 hours of the incident. Confirmed bets cannot be voided except under specific technical circumstances determined by s500.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the s500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). The platform supports popular local payment methods including Touch 'n Go (TNG), FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. No additional charges are imposed on deposits, though third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe applicable to your chosen payment method. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected period, please contact the support team with proof of transaction for further review.
For withdrawals, minimum limits and processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method chosen. s500 may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified threshold. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the name of the s500 account holder. s500 is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers.

S500 accepts no liability for any financial losses, data loss, or other damages arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond our control. The s500 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any implied warranties as to fitness for a particular purpose or the accuracy of any information displayed.
Intellectual Property
All content on the s500 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive intellectual property of s500 or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify any such content without prior written consent from s500.
Third-Party Links
The s500 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. s500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Closure & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
S500 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a user has violated any of the terms in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the s500 support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
S500 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the s500 platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
